If we are temporarily out of stock of the pot(s) of your choice we will contact you to discuss an alternative or an anticipated delivery date.

We will start despatching orders as soon as possible, however if you would like your pots urgently please let us know.

DELIVERY TIME:

We try and hold stock of most of the products on this website but we will advise you if pots are not in stock and how long it will take to make and deliver them.

Our products are incredibly strong, but we want to be sure they are handled with care so wherever possible we use a reliable carrier.

We send out all orders on a 24 hour service. The cut off point for same day dispatch is generally 12pm, so please contact us if ordering in the afternoon and require urgent dispatch. Some products may be made-to-order or out of stock and therefore take longer to process. In these instances you will be notified by telephone.

QUALITY

As we handmade most our product sizes, shapes and decoration may vary. Sizes are approximate.

PROTECTING YOUR CARD PAYMENT DETAILS:

We use a well-known secure payment platform company, which is approved by our Bank to process your order. Any card details given by you are not stored on the server or in any email format.

Your receipts are automatically emailed to you when your order is despatched. You will not have a printed copy of these in your parcel as we endeavour to reduce unnecessary printing. If you need your receipt then this can be printed from the email as sent to you with the confirmation of the order.

ORDERING ONLINE

Some items are shown planted up. Please note the plants are not available. The price shown is for the flowerpot only. The price of the Goods to USA based Buyers shall be in USD Dollars at the level stipulated on the Website. The total purchase price, including VAT and delivery charges, if any, will be displayed in the Buyer’s shopping cart / invoice prior to confirming the order. After the order is received the Seller shall confirm to the Buyer the details, description and price for the Goods. Payment of the price must be made in full before despatch of the Goods by the Seller. Goods supplied to buyers from outside mainland United States will have provided to them a separate price estimate to include delivery, as part of the order acceptance process. The Seller warrants that the Goods will at the time of despatch correspond to the description given by the Seller. Except where the Buyer is dealing as a Consumer, all other warranties, conditions, or terms relating to fitness for purpose, merchantability or condition of the Goods, whether implied by Statute, common law or otherwise are excluded, and the Buyer is satisfied as to the suitability of the Goods for the Buyer’s purpose. Our products are mostly hand-made and two items may not be identical or matching, although we will endeavour to supply as close a match as possible. No warranty is given in this respect. We do try and hold stock of most of the products you will find on this website and we will advise you if pots are not in stock and how long it will take to make and deliver them. In the unlikely event of a product being damaged during transit the Buyer must notify the Seller within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. The hauliers will require photographic evidence of the damage.

Goods supplied to Buyers within Mainland United States will be despatched as soon as possible after acceptance of order – due to the nature of the goods we need to choose the most suitable form of transport for your order. Our standard delivery charge applies to contiguous United States only. We will quote for off-shore and overseas deliveries. Goods supplied to buyers from outside the United States will have provided to them a separate time of delivery estimate as part of the order acceptance process. Buyers from outside the United States will be responsible for obtaining any relevant import licence and for payment of any import charges and Customs duties.

Where a specific delivery date has been agreed, and where this delivery date cannot be met, the Buyer will be notified and given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date or receive a full refund.

The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address specified in the order.

Delivery will be made by specialist carriers and if there is a safe place to leave the goods, then we will instruct the carriers accordingly Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller via phone, Email or post within 2 working days of delivery, if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with the order. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Seller shall be responsible for the recovery of the Goods from the Buyer. The Buyer shall be entitled to replacements if the Goods are in fact defective.

If the Buyer is dissatisfied with the Goods the Buyer will return the items to the Seller and a refund for the pot(s) will be issued. The Buyer will be under a duty to take good care of the Goods until they have been returned. The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods within 30 days of Goods being returned. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged through no fault of the Seller, the Buyer will be liable for the cost of the Goods and delivery. If an order is cancelled and the goods have not been despatched a full refund for goods and delivery charges will be made. If an order is cancelled and the goods are already in transit, the Buyer will be responsible for any carriage charges incurred.
